How We Work Together (Inside the 90-Day Experience)

This is not another program that tells you to push harder or stay motivated.

This is a private 90-day coaching experience designed to help you quiet the inner criticism, rebuild trust with yourself, and finally follow through on the goals that matter most to you, in your health, your relationships, and your life. For 90 days, we work together closely so you can finally move through what has been keeping you stuck step by step, in real life, not just in theory.

1. Your Success Plan Call - As soon as you join, we begin with a deep clarity session. You’ll complete a guided reflection so we can understand what you truly want to change, in your health, relationships, confidence, or life direction and what has actually been holding you back. Together, we identify the key patterns we will work on first.

2. Weekly Private Coaching Calls (4x per month) Each week, we meet one-on-one. These calls are not just conversations. We focus on real situations happening in your life right now, decisions, fears, overthinking, difficult conversations, habits, and goals you’re trying to follow through on. Because transformation doesn’t happen in one breakthrough moment. Things come up again and again, and we work through them as they appear.

3. Direct Support (DM Access - M, W, F) -Between calls, you are not left alone. You can reach out during the week when something happens, when doubt shows up, when you feel stuck, or when you need guidance in the moment. This allows us to work through patterns in real time instead of waiting until the next session.

4. Guided Trainings & Tools- You’ll receive simple teachings and exercises that help you understand what’s happening internally from goal setting and emotional patterns to fear, self-criticism, and nervous system responses so you’re not just changing temporarily, you actually understand yourself.

5. Support + Accountability - You are supported, but also gently held accountable. If you feel stuck or stop showing up for yourself, we look at what’s really happening underneath — so progress becomes sustainable instead of forced.
